NIDRA YOGA. PREPARATION TO SLEEP

Wash your feet with warm water.
Wash your face with warm water.
Lay on your left side.
Cover your head and eyes with a black blanket, shawl or cloth you have.
Hold a pillow or cushion.
Put another in between your legs.
Breathe slowly with the low abdomen,
feeling how you “blow your stomach up”.
In a moment inhale and take the air retaining it to the top of the head and release it slowly driving it throughout your whole body until taking it out from your big toe, feeling that the body gets relaxed and released and your mind goes out of It and flows through the infinite emptiness.
